Negroni is the third restaurant created by the Lobos Team however this tapas restaurant has an Italian spin on it. To not steer too far away from the Lobos vibe we wanted to create a restaurant that still had the personality of their Lobos restaurant's just with less of the rugged feel. We kept the concept of having the open kitchen but we created 3 different zones within one floor. At the front we had more of a bar feeling. Towards the middle we had the open kitchen with more intimate dining to over look the theatrical cooking show and to the rear we created a space for larger groups to gather in an adaptable space.
