Ticket Desks

Rail ticket shops are a Design Mad speciality.  We designed and implemented the first open desk facility at Stoke on Trent station in 1999 for Virgin Trains and have continually evolved our designs, culminating in offering the product to the open market.  Our desks are fully customer and clerk DDA compliant designed for speed and efficiency.  By grading, placing and standardising all equipment, this allows for consistency, familiarity and ultimately a faster more personal service.
