Birmingham New Street

Birmingham New Street station, or the Gateway Development, involved a number of temporary moves to accommodate the complex construction phasing.  The lounge in place for 18 months had to provide continuity of service and a quality environment for Virgin Trains passengers, many of the elements being designed to be demountable for reuse in their final location.
