Euston First Class Lounge

Euston First Class Lounge is one of the most heavily used lounges in the UK.  Our brief was to gain 60% more seats from the same floor area, but also retain a first class quality product.  This required an innovative step-change design solution, which included segregated ‘in and out’ routing with staffing facilities sited for efficiency and ease of visual communication.  Refreshments were placed centrally to allow minimal customer travel, exit route finishes, and upholstery was upgraded.  The refurbishment increased passenger volumes by 30%.
