Euston Ticket Office

Euston Station has over 34m passengers annually. Our refurbishment of the ticket shop led to major gains:- new retail unit 2,500ft, 32% more public floor space, 360% more ticket vending machines, 18 open style ticket desks all DDA compliant, 115% increase in area of the station reception, dedicated floor walker points, improved larger queuing areas and 150% entrance width increase.  The facility has the largest installation of TVM’s in the UK with all facilities visible from ticket shop point of entry.
