OPULENCE… Every now and then you get a project that really stands out, our task on this was to get it through planning for a developer as his own private residence, he knew what he wanted and was set on particular style.  Oxshott is know for opulent houses and this development didn’t disappoint with indoor pool, underground garage, games room, wine cellar, bar, gymnasium and incredibly large bed rooms.  Note to team – standard size AutoCAD double bed CAD blocks, look ridiculously small… dining rooms not so much, just add more chairs.
