MAXIMISING OPPORTUNITY… Rodney Road a small underutilised low grade retail plot in South London was acquired by our client, we carried out a number of early pre-planning studies to ascertain the best format for the site, retaining retail at the base with community use on the first floor, the rest is residential. A number of massing studies were completed at grade level the retail provision matched the existing, whilst also providing shared amenity space, above we maximized the floor plates to give optimal residential formats.
