LIFESTYLE… One off developer housing is really fun to do, designing for a lifestyle of a customer you may never meet, we have to understand what attracts them, the development has to sell for the maximum returns for our client, the developer.  Demographics is critical, different areas of London attract different personalities, we can’t afford to make the wrong design choices.  It’s an incredible feeling seeing a rundown house, turn into a building site, to an engineering marvel and emerging as a beautiful home, not everyone’s tastes and budget I grant you but that’s our job to understand and target the end user.
