Streatham High Road

A new build mixed-use retail and residential rental development in Streatham London.  The entire ground floor dedicated to retail use with a residential flat development above comprising six No 1 bed flats, one No 3 bed and two No 2 bed duplex apartments.  The client retained the units for rental, the fit out was required to be of high quality, simple and contemporary but hard wearing to cope with the residential rental market.
